A high-speed digital camera is used in conjunction with a displacement grating for high-speed imaging. The captured graphics are processed to obtain three-dimensional coordinates, and then the pixel height is calculated using triangulation. 2D   3D

It mainly converts object contour or color information into digital images, and analyzes them based on pixel distribution, brightness, color, and other information. It often requires the use of multi angle light sources or multiple lenses.


Advantages: Cheap price and fast calculation speed.


Disadvantages: High requirements for light sources and lenses, often not universal, requiring customized development and repeated investment. There is no height information of the object, and there is a high requirement for the color and texture of the detected object. It is impossible to analyze and judge objects with unclear features and no obvious textures.

Reflect the true coordinate form of an object through the three coordinate XYZ. Usually achieved by projecting stripes in conjunction with a camera.


Advantages: Compared to 2D, it increases height information. The measurement has stronger universality, higher measurement accuracy, can be used for multiple products, can be trained by engineers to operate programming, can be easily calibrated by affiliated schools, can self correct without the need for precise platforms, can be upgraded with new calculation modules in software, can interconnect and connect information, and does not require repeated investment
